Made a tee time for early Wednesday 8:08 to be exact. Starter was super helpful and I was solo (with my wife riding). Got off a little early and didn't run into the twosome in front of us until hole 5. There were members behind us but I managed to stay a hole ahead of them all day. The round was 3 hours and I couldn't have been happier. The course was in wonderful shape for December and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The setup was great and lots of challenging holes. I probably enjoyed the course more since I played my best round of the year. Will definitely return and play when we come back to Saint Augustine area!! Thank you to the staff at King and the bear for an amazing morning.
Great course. It was in great shape and the greens were nice and rolled true when we were there in late May. Course can play to all skill levels. There are challenging holes and a couple of gettable holes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely worth a play while you're in the St. Augustine, FL area!
Interesting and scenic links. Caught a tough break as it poured rain the night before, and the gounds were extremely soggy. No range due to wetness as well. Looking forward to a dry round next time.
Great round of golf. Course is in Excellent condition. Clubhouse restaurant food was very good. Chandler the bartender, she is great at her job. Will return. Highly recommend it.
Remarkable golf course. An early start is best. Once done, a nice meal as the sun begins to set makes the day full of bliss.
This is an amazing course that will challenge even the best players. I played the course and loved it the staff is fantastic and I hope to get back next year.
